Legislative updates: Legal approximation: To advise Regulators in assessing the level of their current telecommunications regulations to respond to the requirements set by the competitive environment. Drafting new regulations: To advise Governments and Regulators in drafting new telecommunications regulations, laws and sublaws. Interconnection of Fixes and Mobile networks: Reference Interconnection Offers: To advise Regulators and Operators in creation of Reference Interconnection Offers and setting of the level of interconnection charges. Cost orientation: To advise Regulators and Operators in finding out costs of telecommunications networks and individual services. Numbering and number portability: To advise Regulators in taking over the number administration from the incumbent operator and in creation of numbering and dialling plans to respond to the requirements of competitive environment. To advise Regulators and Operators in the implementation of number portability.
