Real Media Encoder 9 Preview GUI / Helix Gui Experimental

Real Media Encoder 9 Preview is a nice program, but it is too boring to write long commands to ms-dos prompt. That is why I have made this GUI(graphical user interface).

• Select profile for content (scans audiences directory for custom profiles when you open your input file)

• Use Real Encoders resizing functionality
• Use all prefilters (audio gain, black level...)
• allows to determine title, keywords etc.
• Shows you the command line parameters when encoding for debugging

• Broadcast encoded files to a real sever

• More advanced .rpad file generation.

HelixGuiu2.exe - Update version 2. Stupid me! Noow it adds the required 000 string to the end of the bitrate in the profile. All the versions before this are crap. Don't use them.

HelixGuiu1.exe - Update version 1. Uses the version of producer specified in the box.

HelixGui.exe - Completely new software! Includes batch processing, ehq, more advanced profile generation. Feedback: pm me (Latexxx) @ forum.doom9.org

rm9gui_0.1.0.42.exe - Some fixed which occured when using crappy m$ w$ me. When running using normal priority, the start command won't be used.

rm9gui_0.1.0.40.exe - <-- Look! It's .exe! I used nsis to create the installer. The filesize is only about 20kb bigger then it was. Also more options in audience creation.

rm9gui_0.1.0.39.zip - Added saving of the settings. Doesn't include state of the checkboxes. Fixed: Auto-generated profiles had maximum frame-rate of 25 (NTSC sucks ;-)). It has been changed to 30 (don't worry real encoder doesn't encode your good old pal-movies as 30 fps.

rm9gui_0.1.0.29.zip - Added simple audience profile creator. Removed some bugs wich occured when source or destination file had spaces in path. Made profile box only read .rpad files. Added pause after encoding.

rm9gui_0.1.0.18.zip - Program reads profile names everytime when directory setting is changed, "setup"-button removed, because it didn't do anything.

rm9gui_0.1.0.13.zip -Second public release, reworked part of UI and added some code to read audience files(thanks slavickas), added showing of command line parameters for debugging purposes.
